Once you have paid your auto loan off in full we will send your title within 10-business days.
What is my payoff?
Contact us to see exactly what your payoff is on your auto loan or if you have registered for online access, simply log in to your account. You will be able to access the payoff information.
Does my loan have Gap Insurance?
Contact us to inquire if your loan has Gap insurance. This is a specific detail that is unique to every loan.
Can I make payments online?
Yes, you can make payments by Debit Card anytime online. Please note that we currently only accept Visa and Mastercard. If you have trouble accessing your account, please call us at 985-302-5575 or email us at support@greatsouthernacc.com.

How do I update my automobile insurance information?
Fax your updated policy to 985-617-1010 or if you have registered for online access to your account, you can simply log in and update it.
How are payments applied?
Payments are applied in the following manner: interest due, principal due, then to any fees owed. If an additional amount in excess of what is due is paid, it will be applied to future payments.
How do I reduce my principal balance?
If you would like to make a payment to reduce your principal balance only and not have it applied to future payments, please call us at 985-302-5575 or mail your payment to GSAC, PO BOX 2007, Hammond, LA 70404, with a notation to apply as "principal only."
